Sketchup Model for use in Enscape

Looking for someone to model a set of townhouses - both interior and exterior - in Sketchup from plans and elevations.

Materials and furniture required to be added - not custom. Shaders and lighting will be added using Enscape

Will be viewed and edited in Sketchup using the Enscape plugin, so you should be familiar with best practices for this.

Uploaded files include plans and elevations from a different job, but show a similar scope of work, also some screen captures of level of detail in furnitures/textures required.

Please note we dont have the final design as yet, but we estimate roughly 2200 sq. m. so please provide your quote per square meter.
