Excel macros expert needed to bring manually produced reports to automation

We have a tech of technicians collecting data and using simple spreadsheets to create a report.
We need to make our reports more user friendly with the introduction of a dashboard menu, more optionality to customising a spreadsheet on the run.
To create these reports we will need someone who is an expert with VBA-excel.
Some java knowledge would also help - but is not essential.
