Hotel/Holiday Home Booking Engine with integrated API

Need to create a hotel booking engine in php Laravel, which will fetch data from a centralized API documentation is attached here.
1. On doing a hotel/property search, it would hit the API get data of available options and show it to the user.
2. On making reservations, it will go to the payment gateway, on successful payment make a local record on the db for the booking and hit API to reserve a booking on the central system.
3. Fetching all booking data. A compiled list of booking data will be fetched, from the API and will show all booking made via this booking engine and other sources (eg. booking.com/makemytrip.com etc. this information is available to the API ) and the data will be updated in local DB via a regular cron job.
