renovation designer with US market knowledge

Looking for a talented designer to help me renovate my 2br/2ba apartment. This unit will be rental but it is a part of the house I own and I dont mind paying extra for nice details. I do not need any furniture or decorations in the design (tenants will bring their own) but what I do need help with is flooring color for 2 rooms and floor + tile for 2 bathrooms.
This is very unique project, huge plus if you know US supplier like Home Depot and potentially can recommend smth. I would like to see color matching in some sort of drawing. The apartment already have wooden kitchen cabinets and some wooden shelves.
Expectation is to be on the phone with me, Ill send over images and then discussing the color theme. Please add some images of your designs. Thank you!
