Implementation of indoor location on mobile devices

Following is the task description:

We need the implementation of a very accurate indoor location on mobile devices (android and IOS).
The location should be based on BLE signals, dead reckoning and map restrictions.
The dead reckoning should be based on sensor fusion using all the relevant sensors on the device.
The implementation should use Kalman filter to correct errors and improve the accuracy.
The implementation should support the option to use the walking paths defined on our system to limit the location.
The maps and the locations of the ble devices on the map will be provided by our system.
The maximum accepted error is 3 meters.
