Product page re-Design needed for existing product page

Looking for an experienced web designer to re-design an existing web page goo.gl/SBQo1u to make it smooth and easy to understand interface on mobile, desktop and tablet.

At the moment the page does not look very appealing on mobile especially iPhone.

We want to use radio buttons instead of dropdowns in this page. Use of Animation and Visual Feedback would be great.
