We have new website design for local (Russian) market. Now were looking for experienced web frontend specialist to create html/css layout so we can use it to make CMS template.

We have 3 different page design: main page, contact, content page (any). Everything is fully adaptive and is done in Adobe XD.
Result:

The result should be delivered in 2 weeks with following criteria:
- html/css 100% adaptive layout
- no errors/warnings in browser developer console
