SQL Server performance specialist.

We run SQL Server Standard Edition (2016). We have hundreds of stored procedures in TSQL, and hundreds of tables, using .NET business logic. Perhaps our server hardware is the cause, but occasionally some users that have larger databases are complaining that during the day performance is slow. All performance monitors show reasonable CPU and RAM usage, so perhaps its indexing but we seem to have optimized that too (running on a schedule). Sometimes we do get datalocks, but aside from that we need performance diagnosis.

(Must be very proficient with indexing, triggers, TSQL Stored Procedures, and RDBMS table connections / joins, etc..).

I need someone that can look at our server during peak usage time (9AM to 2PM California time).
