I have a database of food items with their corresponding nutrient information per 100g. I am looking for someone to take this information, organize it and create a workable sheet that can create meal plans.

For example:

If I start to type apple then the nutritional information for 100g of apple will auto populate. Then, if I adjust the serving size, the macronutrient information will automatically adjust.
