ASP.Net Core 3, Razor, VSC, C# and MAC developer needed to get a SPA up and going.

NOTE: MAC developers only since this is a bootstrap project for me and Im a MAC VSC, C#, ASP.NET core developer: Have most of the razor project build just needs to be cleaned up.

Im looking to build a small web app using a MAC, VSC and C# that captures a photo through the web cam then uploads it to firebase. Id rather not wing it and make sure I start out with something clean and robust.

Deployment on any browser but development on Mac since I want to ease the pain in running whatever is built.

I can throw something together but I need it to be clean & robust by that I mean SOLID & DRY. Prefer small discrete classes. In the review, I may have some questions as we review the code that will help further my knowledge.
