Online Project Manager & Assistant

I have several online projects and need someone to manage them on a daily basis to ensure smooth productivity.

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Reviewing posting content on Youtube
-Sending out notifications
-Responding to emails
-Hiring Project team members
-Organizing and documenting important upcoming dates/events which are significant to the project
-Creating screenshare tutorials
-Posting/Reviewing content on Instagram
-Posting/Reviewing content on Facebook
-Overseeing online shop orders are fulfilled
-Posting/ Reviewing content on Red-it
-Online Research
and more related tasks...


The ideal applicant should be:
Available daily for 1-4 hours (US EST)
Well organized
Easily available
Have computer access at all times
Quick to learn and precise with following instructions
Speak conversational and understandable English
Have an upbeat attitude
Computer Savvy
Familiar with the following programs/service: Gmail, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WordPress (Basics) Microsoft Word, Apple App Store/ Android Google Play Store, Google (Surfing the Web)
