Need VMWARE ESXI Expert for setting up VCentre Server & VM Backup Solution

We are using VMWare ESXI version 6.5 on 3 Host machines. We need to:


(1) Setup VCentre Server
(2) Setup Backup & Replication of certain VMs (using Vmware solution or Veeam, etc)
(3) Setup vSphere vMotion OR vSphere High Availability (HA) for Certain VMs.
(4) Setup Shared Storage for use by Backups, VMotion, HA, etc

Please Note:
-- There is currently NO shared storage added to the environment. Because of Covid-19, our country is under strict LOCKDOWN & its not possible to procure NAS. We would appreciate guidance on alternative options for setting this up.
-- We have 3 servers - HP Prolient Gen8 machines.
