Hello! I am looking for a long term relationship with an easy going dev ops. Currentlly I need to do the following:

1) Advise on correct server choice on Hetzner
2) Set up Proxmox
3) Set up 1 VM with Windows 7 that I can clone (show me how to clone it)
4) Set up Postres and PHPPgAdmin
5) Set up builds (I currently use Appveyor so I would like to stick to it)
- project 1 ASP.NET Core API
- project 2 ASP.NET Core Web App

Please let me know the quotes and best practices . Thanks.
