I have a file with calculations based on a mortgage calculator in Javascript that needs to be converted into ts files in order to add it to a new project.

The js file includes Jquery, so functions like .addClass, etc. need to be converted for use.

The functions should be exported as modules.

Deliverable:

Remove Jquery
Modularize library and componentize JSX doms, Handing event.
