Im working on building a web-app (responsive), that allows users to create a profile, put together their work history, upload videos etc.

I have a basic design that I am currently using and working on to build out the functionality, however I am looking for a UI Specialist, that can put together few design concepts for the final product, in terms of Color Palette Suggestions, UI Elements, UX Suggestions (maybe), as well as illustrations that would actually work with the type of message or screen that we are on.

Im looking for someone who can discuss some ideas with me, and then put tgoehther a couple of concepts on mobile and web, that I can have my html designer put together, or i can pay a bit more if you are an expert at putting the css design together based on the design work you do.

Must be flexible with the timing, as per North American time zones.
