We are having a team of 30 employees including developers, designers, marketers, testers, chat support.

However, being a young company, we do not have workflow, KPIs in place. Many of us work cowboy style and it worked when we had lesser staffs.

We would like to hire a planner/ coordinator who can help us plan and mange the KPIs of our staffs. If you feel this is fun and exciting for you, please ping me.
