Experienced councel on hyper secure crypto custody infrastructure for an emerging crypto exchange

We are trying to implement the most secure system of custody we possibly can for a new crypto currency exchange, started by a group of engineers. We would like to optimize our objective function by deriving input from a number of diverse engineering skill sets.

And thus we are looking for professional (experienced) software engineering/architecture as well as hardware (cold storage) engineers to interview in order to garner strategies on how to build a more secure cryptocurrency exchange.

You should have a background in working for a high security software based startups and you should have an in depth understanding of the intricacies of securing high value (high risk) infrastructure.
Having worked in system critical roles at an exchange already is a major plus.

You will be given a list of topics/questions which you may use to research before our online discussion. We will then further elaborate on these points during a discussion conducted via zoom, microsoft.
