Mobile app consultant for our company

We er considering a business idea that will involve national POS app that both customers and vendors will use. Buyers will purchase and set delivery instructions through the app. Sellers will be notified of sales and provided payment, delivery, and invoicing instructions. This is a homogeneous product at different volume price points.

We already have the company. However, this idea shifts us from a single product seller to a broker in an underserved market. The app is what would make this possible, and also be the largest cost.

So we are nieve to the cost of app development, but having had success with Toogit on smaller projects, figured this would be a great starting point to determine what actual cost would be. We are a small business (less than $250K in revenue). So if this may or may not be out of our league. Please advise.
