UI/UX design for 2/ sided Marketplace

Savor The Passion a Two-sided marketplace for Chefs where Chefs build a profile that creates a page and uploads a photo to a gallery where the other side of the market place chooses them based on several factors

Im seeking a consultation to have The UI / UX designed for my 2-sided marketplace.

The concept is similar to Thumbtack meets Uber.

I currently have a web developer that is designing the page that will eventually put together the functionality of the website.

His strong suit is clearly design and software engineering, I need someone that knows what needs to go on the pages to make the user experience on both ends flow and make sense. No detailed design required simply seeking wireframes that express what should go where for the best user experience.
