I want electronics engineer to build charger (mobile Charger)

The charger is designed in such a way that it give %V and 1A, 2A, 3A as the output from the same port when we want the desired output. Their is OLED and 3 button, when we click to 1A it give 1A as output, 2A then it give 2A as output and same with 3A.
