I need one chapter for an ebook with 1200 - 1600 words were putting together on comps or comparable sales explaining what comps are - why comps are so important to investors - why days on the market (DOM) is so important - why many homes in the area that are active is not as good as having an area where very few homes are active - explaining how appraisers appraise homes using a one mile radius, 3 homes that are very similar with basically the same square footage, bathrooms, garages, etc. - how investors can use Zillow, Refin or Realtor.com to get an idea of what a home is worth - making sure the neighborhood is in nice condition with no boarded up homes.
