Developer Needed for Jobs Site Must Have Experience with API's and Forms

Jobs site where:
1. Employers can post jobs and pay through the site. There will be categories of jobs from which they can choose.
2. The Sales team can log into the CMS and post their jobs themselves.
3. After 60 days, the job post expires.
4. Injest APIs from job sites to display if matching search.
5. We will give companies the option to allow people to directly apply to the position from the site.
6. Featured Jobs will be pinned at the top with a shaded background and boarder around it to make them stand out from the other listings.

This gives you a good idea about the project. I will rely upon your expertise to advise me upon which platform to build this site. Ill also be hiring a frontend designer/developer for this project.
