Developer needed for creating a tinder style car sales app.

Hello. I am new to this and Im just bringing an idea to the table and I need someones help making the idea come to life! My idea is a car sales app based on the same swipe left or right basis as tinder. Dealers and private sellers can use this alike! Basically it would work as signing up as a buyer or seller. Or both. As a seller, you enter your first name, last initial, exactly what youre selling, your approximate location, your price, and how flexible you are on said price. As a buyer, you enter the make, model, miles, color, body style, how far of a radius you will look. Once thats entered you will be directed to a tinder format of swiping left or right based on whether or not the car is something youre interested in, if it is you will be lead to a chat with the seller/owner where you can further discuss details in the apps messaging platform.
