Create a Facebook Banner Video

I would like someone to create a Facebook Video Banner

Except for specific to my industry & Branding- Fit Mummies. I would like a video which just shows a young fit lady getting up out of bed, putting exercise clothing on (which are laid out), heading out for a run & then arriving back home to a healthy breakfast with kids & hubby. Is that at all possible without taking actual video footage?

I will share features of our branding with shortlisted candidates.
