Measure layout of existing house and exterior patio, driveway, etc. in Delray Beach, FL and draw accurate plans in AutoCAD. The project deliverable is an AutoCAD file and a PDF of the home layout (tabloid size).

In addition, if you have the experience necessary (architectural/interior design), modifications to as-is layouts for 2 new bedrooms, new bathroom, furniture & closets in the new bedrooms, modifications to single car garage and utilities area, and addition to driveway and patio areas.
