Talent Pool (Track Submissions) Platform

The idea:
A website Platform where Music Producers/Listeners can make an account and sign in to submit/listen to tracks submitted to our records label. The idea is that all producers can promote their tracks through our website to get votes (Soundcloud Likes) our platform will have a ranking with the most votes tracks on top. However, all tracks have to be easy findable so we need some kind of Searching database. The idea is that at the end of the period of time a winner gets selected which will be able to release their track on our records label

What my company needs:
A Talent Pool on our Website RavoRecords, where music producers can submit their track through SoundCloud links. Which will be automatically uploaded and playable on our website.

We want to have a ranking system where people are able to vote through SoundCloud likes on our talent pool.

Requirements:
Account Registration for our website
DataBase with all submitted tracks
A platform on the Discovery Pool Page
Easy accessible for ADMINS on Our part
System to upload tracks to our website and make it playable
The talent Pool Platform Itself
Ability to deny Tracks or remove tracks By admins from our company only
