Ubiquiti / unifi Specialist Needed for Custom portal

we have ubiquiti unifi wifi devices which will act as hotspot for the customers. Customer scan to connect to the QRcode (we can use qifi.org to generate the qrcode) once they get connected we need to take them to redirected URL / Website. On this website, we will have disclaimer, customer should enter their phone number, OTP will be sent via twilio and Customer enters the OTP and we need to post the authentication to the Unifi saying that authenticated . Then connect the user to the internet. Till that, user can only open the URL that we set it up. I need someone to work closely with me and complete this project over the weekend. Need to help also set up and make sure all working. BTW, the website will be done in react (we are preparing as PWA) and the Phone number with time stamp needs to saved to the DB. It will be deployed as Azure App Service.

We have all the landing page design ready. Looking for someone who had carried out similar projects are welcomed.
