Creating a Machine Learning Model

Looking for a Deep Learning Neural Network to:

1.) Take user selected images from a pdf or digital file, go through each sheet of the document looking for that image.

2.)The model would then total the images on the pdf for an overall count, associate that with a user selected product. Neural Network will also look for keywords to decide between small product variations.

3.) Over time, the Neural Network will learn to associate that image every time it sees it without being prompted

4.)Program would need to start out as a generic foundation so that the input data can be changed to different images the end user would like it to find and associate.
