Need to locate a biomedical research park land mark on google maps in north west Baltimore city

I need a GIS expect to over look the north west Baltimore area to find a biomedical and emersive technology research park. Some things you need to know about the park is that it is in a cul-de-sac. The place within the park we are searching for dwells at the corner of a sub-division in the research park. I will provide pictures and virtual CGI tour of how it looks and what the surrounding elements look like The clip. The model of the research park display is relatively close to what the research park that we are looking for looks like, with the exception of some minor details. The focus of this over all request is to locate and identify a specific building. The building is a light grey building with cinderblock walls around it, contains a small business parking lot which can hold just around 50 cars, with a white security booth guarding the entry way.

Tips :

- this is a private sector research park
- the cross streets contains the words beach & research.

I would take the time out to do this on my own but due to my extensive work load I do not have the time to do it myself.
