About us:
We are an ECommerce based company in the baby and pet niche.

Project overview:
Were looking for an experienced FULL- Stacked customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our email and live-chat channels. Must have experience with customer support, live chat, and phone support. Also, dropshipping using dropfied and other drop shipping software. This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure.

This project requires:
- Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent writing skills in English
- Prefer experience with Shopify, Email Marketing, CS6, Adobe Premier, Xcel, FB Monitoring
