Looking for developer to create App on iOS and Android which uses optical character recognition (OCR) to fill out required form(s) and submit via email/online portal submission. App should maintain all data on smartphone, cataloged and index-able. Potential for bill payment (Global IBAN/SWIFT) in App would be huge and much more effective/preferred.

Would like to use API for payment system (Transferwise/Paypal)
