Im looking for website developer who can provide 10+ hours a week.

Services vary from complete website build in WP to simple small text/photo changes, to creating widgets for review sections, to re-writing content.

This person has to have 7+ years of on-going experience. Have experience with working with both HTML and WP are a MUST.
