Need an expert to optimize website page speed with SEO in mind - WordPress - Only 5 pages!

My page speed is medium right now, although my website is only 5 pages

The main issues I have that I dont know how to solve are:
- 25 issues with unminified JavaScript and CSS files
- 5 pages have low text-HTML ratio
- 2 pages dont have an h1 heading
- Sitemap.xml not indicated in robots.txt Why and how to fix it
- Reduce JavaScript execution time
- Minimize main-thread work
- Ensure text remains visible during webfont load
- Serve static assets with an efficient cache policy - 51 resources found
- Minimize Critical Requests Depth 95 chains found
- Resources are blocking the first paint of your page. Consider delivering critical JS/CSS inline and deferring all non-critical JS/styles.
