Im looking for a mobile game developer that can help me create small games with some of the following characteristics

Create 3 to 5 mini-games
2D Games but with the option for some 3D games
Single and multiplayer
User profile creation and customization
Game character customization
Sounds interface
Experience building arcade, puzzles, trivia and combat games
Game monetization
Game Chat rooms

I dont have the designs yet but would like to start the conversation based on the ideas that I have and see if you have all that I need for this long term project.
