I need this setup using: Ubuntu 16.04/18.04, Nginx, PM2, NodeJS running in Azure with load balancer and availability set (I might consider AWS depending on the offers).

This needs to run successfully in your environment but the final outcome of the project is a step-by-step documentation so I could run this in my own environment. My background is in development so I need an infra/admin person to set this up for me.
