Need Wordpress Multisite Expert To Fix Plugin View Details Connection Refused Error

I have a wordpress multisite setup for the past 8+ years and am very well versed in Wordpress but recently I have been having minor back end issues. When Im inside a network site dashboard and go to Plugins tab, and try to click on View Details next to any plugin, I get a popup with a crash icon that says domain.com connection refused. The result is the same for any of my network sites.

When opening up browser console, I get a few errors around same-origin. I have tried to modify the htacess but that didnt work. It looks to be a redirect issue.

I need a wordpress back end expert who has solved this issue before and knows what to do.

Error:
Refused to display.... in a frame because it set X-Frame-Options to SAME-ORIGIN.
