Our small business needs help in creating a CRM System to automate are workflow.

We are a direct sales business, and will need a system to be custom-fitted for our workflows which consists of scheduling of in-home presentations, crediting sales to different programs, etc.

We have no prior experience in different products available, and will need guidance from our freelancer.
