We are looking for a freelancer or agency to assist us in developing, designing the circuit, embedded program and subsequently prototype a wireless GSM-based system for monitoring outdoor water. The deliverable is the manufacturable file, source code and prototypes. The devices have to be energy efficient. Many thanks.
