Senior Vue.js developer / Team Lead

Hello,

We are a small company based in southern California, USA, looking for an experienced Vue.js developer who would be willing to lead our team.

Here are the criteria we feel would be best for this point person:

- experienced, expert senior Vue.js front end coder and Javascript wizard
- ability to find and manage other developers when needed, natural team leader
- willing to work 10 am - 7 pm PST (or at least several hours overlap) and have a daily Google Meet

Optional:

- able to code responsive HTML/CSS that looks professional at all screen sizes (not a designer, just someone able to add padding, margins, stack columns at phone width, etc. to make HTML look nice)
- familiar with the Quasar component/CSS library (experience nice but not necessary)
- a little knowledge or experience with server technologies like Node.js and MySQL would be helpful, but not necessary

The ideal candidate would have:

- successful experience in outsourcing development work
- a keen interest in and wide knowledge of modern web, mobile and desktop technologies
- sufficient programming experience that you can read a diff and estimate how long the work probably took
- the ability to easily determine the code quality and productivity of a developer
- a list of freelance developers and companies youve worked with in the past that deliver high quality code in a reasonable timeframe and cost-efficiently
- great communication and organizational skills

Most of the work we need done is front end (web, mobile and desktop), though we will sometimes have need for backend freelancers to complete specific tasks, for example, in the areas of server provisioning, DevOps, database configuration, etc.
