I am looking for a architect / designer who can transfer old scanned floor plans of a house into DWG & PDF documents.

* There are four floors in the house of which current (estimated) drawings exists.
* There are 18 pages with old scanned floor plans.

* All old pages shall be transfered into a DWG / CAD drawing.
* based on the new pages possible changes shall be highlighted in blue.
