Creative Questions APP

- I need an App that is able to Randomly pick a card of 52 options.
- I need the App to have a Reminder function,
o to be able to be clicked on and off
o and with a default on position of reminder every 6 hours
o and an interface to choose intervals.
- I need the App to have 2 different Navigation buttons one above the other.
- I need the App to have special - in text - navigation buttons on certain pages.
- I need the APP to function on all mobile devices.
- I need an Android App and the same in IOS format.
- I need the final App files to be clean and only contain coding and information that is being used. Any non-used code needs to be removed.
- I need these files uploaded to Google Play and Apple store and have the Apps work.
- I will forward a complete description of what I need when we agree to work together.

I have an old Android version of the App on my computer.
The new version will be very different, so not much use. Except maybe 2 features. 1. It has the randomly picking code. 2. It has an old reminder code function.

A Google Play Store has an older version already and it needs to be replaced with this new one.

I will provide the text, pictures and layout.

Google Play now requires the 64-bit version.
