Build A Google Sheet That Returns Custom Answers

END STATE: A perfectly functioning and good-looking google sheet template that can be replicated for future use in conjunction with other yet-to-be-created google forms.

The perfect google sheet can accept data from a form, derive specific conditions based on form data, can append canned responses to cells in rows for the form entry, can allow for future canned responses to be added, and can, in some instances, pull variable canned responses.

The google form will feed a zapier zap that produces email responses, google documents, and/or PDFs.

Deliverables:
- Functioning And well organized google sheet attached to its google form
- A set of instructions for how to replicate it in the future when I create other forms that need the same treatment
