We are a school uniform shop and require someone to help us with the following:

1) Add the ability to charge a customer for name-taping clothes on the cart page

2) We offer collection from multiple sites, we need to add a surcharge if collected from certain sites. For example, Collection from Site A is free. Collection from Site B and Site C charges customer $32.50.
