Looking for ASP.NET CORE 2.X developer to create site that allows for file upload, file type, conversion/transformation needed, input column/row description, transformation needed including new computed fields, (phase 2 would add USPS file processing for bulk mail discount), email/messaging communication, credit card processing and resulting file upload.
