Need help in automating downloads and reading dates from downloaded files (Python and Selenium)

I am looking for a freelancer familiar with selenium and python to automate the download of some files and read dates from them and store the date in pandas dataframe. The code would run in loop and keep downloading files from a website, after downloading it should parse the pdf and read only dates which are then stored in pandas dataframe. I have partial code with me. I want someone to improvise on it. There is some logic to be implemented on dates as well which I will discuss with the suitable candidate.
