Mobile app developer to make a job booking app

Hi there,

Im looking for someone to make a high-quality job booking mobile app. It will be for a specific industry but let me use the beauty industry for example and a nail tech. Employers will be posting gigs looking for nail techs for a short term gig or long term employment. and nail techs can post their profile with either a resume and some basic info. Id want to create a few qualifications maybe 5 that the tech could put in their profile that employers could search. For example:
Are you licensed?
Are you willing to travel for work?
Are you looking for a part time gig?
Are you looking for a full time job?
Can you do acrylic nails?

Those yes or no responses would show on the techs bio and an employer could search by filtering those options.

I would like to charge a monthly fee to use the app. I may only charge job seekers or I may charge all users.

I think Id like either a messaging feature in the app or a way to block contact info until both parties approve.
