Photo Editor Using Capture One Software

Hello, weve hired a few people for this position in the past - however, opening again for review.

Looking for an editor using Capture One 11 (or 12) software to apply basic edits to RAW images from our group of photographers; basic editorial adjustments such as crop, exposure, white balance. These are quick edits, most take seconds per image and hundreds should be done per hour. There will be absolutely NO manipulation of any kind, images should appear as the eye saw them.

I will share some sample for types of edits performed.

Just to give an idea, my workflow usually goes like this...

- Crop/straighten image
- Exposure adjustment (if needed)
- White Balance & Colors (if needed)
- Levels (if needed)
- Contrast (if needed)
- Next! Its very quick!

MUST be fluent in English and be able to follow direction, knowledge of American Baseball is helpful.
