Sourcing Agent for customer electronic products

I am looking for a competent sourcing agent from Shenzhen who has experience with factories in the consumer electronics sector.
Especially audio and smartphone accessories.

Your task should be:
1) Complete communication with the factories
2.) Price negotiations
3.) Working out my specifications with the factories
4.) Joint elaboration of the packaging
5.) Control of the factories (quality check)
6.) Request a sample, test it and send it to me
7.) Contact with the test laboratories for certificates
8.) Help with the final inspection until dispatch

So the complete scope from the colour search to the conclusion.
Of course I will support you as much as possible, but I would like to have the communication and price negotiation done by a professional on site.

I am also looking for a long-term cooperation.
That means I would like to have someone who will work with me for a longer period of time and also support me with repeat orders.

Order volume 20-40.000 USD for the first order.

I would also like to work with the agent on a commission basis, because an hourly billing is not really comprehensible for me.
