Electrical Engineer for Consumer Product Battery Optimization

I need an electrical engineer to design a circuit and find the right battery for my project. Im using a 12 V DC motor that requires 1 ampere. I would like my product to run for 15 minutes before needing recharging.

I would like the battery to be as small as possible and I would like a battery size vs. battery run time analysis.
