Coldfusion Full Stack Consultant

Ive recently acquired a site built on ColdFusion and I would like a 2nd opinion on the setup. The current developer seems overpriced.

The specs I know so far are:
Windows 2008
Coldfusion 9

The code was originally developed around 2005 but I am told it is in good order. Well see what you have to say about that and what is the best way to maintain the site. Im not looking to convert to anything else but I will need additions and general full stack maintenance.
